Hello everyone and congrats to the team on a hard fought meet against Clarksburg Village yesterday!

Our B Meet this week is with Carderock Springs which is located at 8200 Hamilton Spring Court, Bethesda, MD 20817.

******The deadline for entering your swimmers in the meet is MONDAY EVENING. There will be absolutely no deck entries on Wednesday.******

If you have any questions about the sign up process please let us know so we can help you get your children signed up before tomorrow night!

Swimmers are allowed to swim three individual events and an IM.

If a swimmer placed in the top three in any event at the A Meet they may not swim that event in the B Meet.

Please sign up to volunteer if you have not already done so! We would love to see you on the deck and will happily train you if you’re not yet comfortable with a watch or the mechanics of a meet.

Please arrive at 515 pm. Warm-ups are from 525 pm-550 pm.
Carderock will have Skinny’s selling food and Maui Wowi selling shaved ice and smoothies.
