Hello everyone and congrats to the team on a hard fought meet against Robin Hood yesterday!

Our B Meet this week is a home one with Palisades. It starts at 6 pm.

The deadline for entering your swimmers in the meet is MONDAY EVENING. There will be no deck entries on Wednesday.

If you have any questions about the sign up process please let us know so we can help you get your children signed up before tomorrow night!

Swimmers are allowed to swim three individual events and an IM.

If a swimmer placed in the top three in any event at the A Meet they may not swim that event in the B Meet.

Remember you can sign up for all the meets now. We have two more B Meets on July 3 and July 10.

We are so impressed and grateful by how many of you already signed up to volunteer — thank you, thank you! These meets simply could not run without you. If you’re new to the process Anne will be on deck to direct you to the timers’ meeting or to running or to ribbons or to our expert clerks of course Urban Seiberg and Merritt Claud.

Please have your swimmers arrive at 445 pm. Warm-ups are from 500-525 pm. Volunteers should arrive by 540 pm.

The Say Cheese Food Truck will be outside if you would like to provide dinner for your family.
