Good morning everyone and congrats on the win against Regency Estates yesterday!

Thank you again to all for a lovely evening Wednesday.

This week we change it up a bit with a B Relay Carnival at Rock Creek Pool (8619 Grubb Road, Silver Spring MD 20910).

The meet will start at 6 pm and will involve a variety of different relays. We've attached the event list and the coaches will take care of slotting swimmers into spots. Everyone will get a chance to swim!

If your plans have changed and your swimmer is not able to make it please let Ryan and Jason know!

Rock Creek will have Armand's selling pizza at the meet to take care of dinner needs.

Warm up is at 530 pm! Please arrive by 515 pm!

We still need volunteers so please go in and sign up. We appreciate your help so much.

There is also a parent relay at the end. Highlight of the evening. If you have an interest in swimming in it please let us know.
