Hi Bannockburn Swim Team Families -

You might be wondering if we hold swim practice in the rain...yeah, we know...your swimmer would get soaking wet!  

If the pool is open, there is practice – rain, shine, hot or cold! Keep in mind practice may be delayed or cancelled if there are thunderstorms. If you think your swimmer will be bothered by the rain, it is ok to keep them home as the goal for everyone is to enjoy swim team. As an incentive to those swimmers willing to brave the rain - you will probably get more individual attention because attendance tends to be lighter on rainy days!
