Hi Dolphins-

No, it's not too late - if you forgot to sign up for Wednesday night's B-Meet @ Palisades - go do it NOW.  However, registration will close tomorrow at 9AM.  Palisades, very generous, meet entries allow for 3 events in addition to IM.  But don't forget, if your swimmer placed 1-3 in any event during Saturday's meet at Quince Orchard, they may not swim that event.  And even if you want to ignore that rule (we totally get it), please don't - because it takes a lot of volunteer time to remove those entries.

• 6:00pm - Meet Begins

Pre-Team will still have practice Wednesday at 3:30pm!

We still need a few volunteers for Wednesday night.  Please sign up HERE.  **Volunteers, please bring your own refillable water bottles, as Palisades will be offering water, but will not be passing out plastic bottles for volunteers.**

Congratulations to Bannockburn for winning their first dual meet of the season (and the first in a very long time!). Please check out the Dolphins fast swims in the attached results.  I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge our superstar "Starter" Chi Nguyen, who expertly instructed each swimmer to "take your mark". And even though her kids aren't as excited about her starring role on the deck - WE ARE!  Also a shout-out to our tireless timer, Cristina Spooner who is getting a reputation as recording expertly accurate times - well done!
