It was a successful night at the Long Course Coaches Meet last night!  Congratulations to Sophie Duncan for breaking her own MCSL record in the 200IM and winning the 200 Backstroke. Congratulations to Nathan Badmus, Meyer Eskin, Eli Nigri, Lily Rogers, Andrew O'Brien, and David Zand!

Wednesday, July 20^th – Pre-Team Meet @ 5:30pm - Pre-Team Swimmers will race a 25-meter freestyle, backstroke and kick. Following the meet, we will have a putlock dinner and the pre-team banquet to celebrate the season! Please make sure to RSVP HERE.

Calling all swim team swimmers – Please arrive by 4:30pm to help set up the pre-team meet!  We are still looking for 4-volunteers to help with setting up, 4-volunteers to record swimmer’s times, and we need 1-ribbon writers. We are also looking for several MORE volunteers (parents welcome) to help with clean up.
