Let the Hunger Games Begin...

So many opportunities to help feed our swimmers and volunteers...which one would you like to sign up for?

  • Saturday Morning A-Meets (double check that your swimmer has qualified to swim during the A-Meets before volunteering to ensure that you will be in attendance).
    • Food Stand – Help us sell various foods to swimmers and families including coffee, water, Gatorade, bagels, donuts, fruit, and other snacks. Tasks include collecting money and restocking food items. Our Food Stand/Snack Bar is located in the baby pool area.
    • Officials/Volunteers Beverage and Snack Table – Help us keep our officials, timers and other volunteers hydrated throughout the meet by passing cold beverages around on deck to our hardworking volunteers sweltering in the sun. Also stock the volunteer snack table before breaks.
  • Friday Morning Donuts – Make a Dunkin Donut run before or during practice on Friday mornings. You’ll be the true hero supplying all swimmers with a donut after their Friday morning practice (why else do swimmers show up early on a Friday?) **Donuts will be pre-ordered by the team OR you’ll receive a gift card to purchase**.
  • Saturday Home Meet Luncheons are a huge hit with families. We are looking for help with pickup of the (very large) order at a local restaurant and setup at the pool. Please plan pick up the food by 11:30 so that swimmers and families can eat right after the meet! If 2 people sign up - one can do the pickup and one can do the setup, OR feel free to do it all together. We appreciate the help!
  • Friday Night Pasta Parties - Sign up to bring pasta or other foods to our Friday Night Pasta Parties!
