Monday, July 17th AND Tuesday, July 18th - AFTERNOON PRACTICES: 

4:00-5:00PM - 10 & unders

5:00-6:00PM - 11& older

Monday, July 17th @ 5:00pm - Last chance to sign up for our VERY LAST B-Meet @ Rockville!  Rockville is requesting we restrict entries to a 3-event limit and Individual Medley is only allowed for swimmers ages 11 and over.  We know it's a total bummer for our younger IM rockstars.

Tuesday, July 18^th - Pre-Team Meet/Swimmers Ages 10+ Need to Volunteer @ 4:30pm You are in luck!  There are still a few volunteer spots available for your swim team swimmers to volunteer to fun the pre-team meet.  Sign up HERE.

Wednesday, July 19^th – LAST B-Meet @ Rockville (355 Martins Ln, Rockville, MD 20850). Warmups @ 5:20pm. Don't forget the traffic is real.   

Friday, July 21^st – Save the Date for Pancake Breakfast and Team Movie. Good news...we already have 5 bottles of syrup (thanks Jessica Clancy), but sadly no pancakes yet.
