Are your kids covered in tie dye? Mine are…huge thanks to Coach Lily for keeping the tie dye chaos completely organized and super fun.

Tomorrow is the Saturday A-Meet against Seven Locks (9929 Seven Locks Road Bethesda, MD 20817).

ARRIVAL TIME: Optional Caravan: Meet at Bannockburn pool by 6:45AM to join the caravan. Arrival time at Seven Locks is 7:00am! We are starting the meet early to avoid the mid-day heatwave. Parking is NOT guaranteed so be prepared to drop off your swimmer and park on the street or neighborhood (recommended).

TEAM LUNCH: After the meet, please join us for a team lunch at the Shake Shack at the nearby Cabin John Plaza (7997 Tuckerman Ln, Potomac MD, 20854). There are endless food options, you’ll find me at the Playa Bowl – but you do you! The team will be seated at Shake Shack.

HEATWAVE ADVISORY – it WILL be a scorcher tomorrow, 100°! PLEASE BRING lots and LOTS of cold water, sunscreen and a hat!!  Stay hydrated please.
