It’s time to dive into some important updates – with a splash of fun:

 Saturday, June 7th - Time Trials - Sign-Up Closes Thursday at 8PM!

Don’t wait until the last lap – get those time trial entries in before Thursday night!

Time-trials is our very first, low-key intra-squad swim meet to get baseline times for each swimmer. Not sure which events to sign up for? No worries – just paddle over to a coach and ask. They’re here to help.

 Wednesday, June 11th Blue Out Meet + All A Meets Sign-Ups Are Now OPEN!

That’s right – more meets, more swims, more chances to be amazing. Get in there and claim your lane. Blue Out is our second intra-squad meet. All swimmers may participate in Wednesday night "B-Meets".  Coaches select swimmers to participate in the Saturday "A-Meets" - please let us know your availability in the link above.

 Friday, June 6th - Karaoke After Practice – Why wait? Let's jump right into our favorite social activity...

Warm up those vocal cords! After practice, it’s time to show off your skills out of the pool. Whether you’re a future pop star or just really passionate about “Let It Go,” we want to hear it (mostly).

Bag Tag Bonanza – This Saturday!

Thanks to the best of the best, Chi Nguyen (you might know her as the cowbell concierge), bag tags will be distributed this Saturday. The bag tags include the summer meet line-up so no excuses!

Let’s make this week legendary, Dolphins. Fast swims, good vibes, and maybe a few power ballads.
