The pool is open, the popsicles are in the freezer, and the Bannockburn Bathhouse is BRAND NEW! It doesn’t get any better. Swim Team Registration is open.

Our annual Back to Pool event is Sunday, May 24 @ 9:30am - New swimmers must register for an assessment time. This is a perfect time to purchase a new (optional) team suit or a pair of goggles (not optional) from Sport Fair, get new Bannockburn merch and meet our coaching staff.

Upcoming Dates:

• Sunday, May 24 - Back to Pool Event and In Water Assessment 9:30am-11:30am @ Bannockburn - Register for an assessment time.
• Monday, May 26 - First Practice of 2026 - Schedule
• Monday, June 1 @ 5:30pm - First Pre-Team Practice - Schedule (pre-team practice assignments will be sent next week).
• Saturday June 6 - Time Trials @ Bannockburn- think of this like a low-key intra-squad/practice meet - no stress, just remind your swimmer to race as fast as they can and have fun.

FAQs:

Your questions are rolling in, in honor of the most popular, we’ve complied a list of the most frequently asked questions:

1. My swimmer can’t make the assessment, what do I do? Don’t stress…just show up at any practice and ask a coach to assess your swimmer. Registration will stay open, we are a stress-free zone.

2. Oh no! My swimmer can’t make practice the first week! Don’t stress…just show up when you can (sound familiar?).

3. What happens if my swimmer misses Time Trials? Don’t stress - it’s just a practice meet. The Blue Out meet on Saturday, June 10th is another intra-squad practice meet!

4. True or False: We’ve been inundated with new volunteers for this season? False. These days, our small, but mighty group of volunteers spends more time talking about college visits than Bannockburn! Our kids are aging up and and out and we desperately need new volunteers to keep this legacy going.

5. How can I help? (we are manifesting this one to be a new FAQ):

Join us Sunday mornings (and some Thursdays) with your very own Bannockburn coaches. Whether you’re getting back in the pool, training seriously, or just looking for a fun workout with great people, we’ll have a lane for you. We’ll offer a variety of skill levels so everyone can find the right fit. Spots are limited to 30 swimmers, so don’t wait!
