Hi Bannockburn Families,

The Bannockburn Dolphins brought their A-game to Franklin Knolls this weekend and we learned that Division C isn't messing around! We saw tremendous effort, exciting races, lots of cheering, and some fantastic swims.

⭐ Record-Breaking Performances

One of the most exciting moments of the meet came in the Boys 13-14 100 IM, where two Bannockburn swimmers broke the previous pool record in the same event!

Jonah Hu swam a 1:05.69, breaking the existing Bannockburn pool record.

David Zand, swam a 1:04.65, further breaking the Bannockburn Pool and Franklin Knolls pool record!

What an extraordinary accomplishment by both swimmers - it's not often that a record is broken twice in the same event!

Kairav Venugopal – Boys 9-10 25 Butterfly - 16.85 (New Franklin Knolls Pool Record)

🎀 Ribbons: Don't forget to pick up your swimmer's ribbons! They will be placed in the plastic file folder near the lifeguard office. Please give us a day or two to get everything organized and on deck.

Carderock B-Meet Rules

• Swimmers may enter up to three individual stroke events that they did not swim at Saturday's A-Meet.
• Swimmers may also enter the Individual Medley (IM) if they did not swim the IM at Saturday's A-Meet.
• Swimmers should be legal or close to legal in the strokes they select.
• No on-deck entries.
• No on-deck event changes.
• No late entries.
